CICS Longwood Elementary is a tuition-free 4th–8th grade public charter school in Chicago’s Washington Heights neighborhood. We balance rigorous academics with restorative practices, helping students grow into confident problem-solvers, collaborators, and leaders. CICS Longwood is part of the larger Loomis-Longwood community. Our students seamlessly continue their journey to CICS Longwood High School, all within one connected K–12 campus. This continuity gives learners trusted relationships and a sense of belonging throughout their educational journey.
